Dr. Lipscomb has been practicing pediatrics in Texoma for over 16 years.  He attended The University of Texas Medical School at Houston and completed his training at the Medical University of South Carolina where he did his residency and internship.

Dr. Lipscomb enjoys watching sports, running, traveling and spending time with his wife Brooke and their 4 children.  He is dedicated to all of his patients and their families and makes their health his top priority.
